Hire Policy
At Shared Path Support, we want your hire experience to be easy, reliable, and transparent. Please take a moment to review our simple hire terms below:
Hire Periods
All hire durations are flexible and can be extended on request. Standard options include 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 12 weeks.
Security Bond
A small refundable bond may apply for select equipment. Bonds are fully returned once the item is received back in good condition.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Each item is cleaned, sanitised, and safety-checked before and after every hire to ensure quality and hygiene.
Delivery & Collection
Delivery and pickup are available across Sydney. Fees vary depending on distance and equipment type.
Condition of Equipment
Clients are responsible for maintaining items in good, clean condition. Please report any faults immediately so we can arrange servicing or replacement.
Returns
At the end of your hire, please return equipment by the agreed date. Late returns may attract a small fee
